Relient K Release New Track "Therapy"

Earlier this year, vocalist Matt Thiessen tucked himself away in a secluded cabin in Southern Tennessee, where he began to write Forget and Not Slow Down. By isolating himself from the rest of the world, Matt was able to focus on not only his songwriting, but on his life as a whole, relationships come and gone, successes and failures, in the end finding what matters most. “Therapy” is the product of these reflections and the theme of the record, as Matt remarked in a recent interview, “‘Therapy’ was the first song I wrote, because I knew [that was] what the album was going to be.”
