Catch The Jukebox Romantics at the Trash Bar on February 26th

The Jukebox Romantics consist of  5 very talented and often belligerent punk rockers hailing from Westchester & Long Island, NY. After forming in 2008 they gained quick notoriety amongst the local scene due to a busy schedule of near constant touring. Their hard work and dedication paid off and in 2009 they released their debut album on Altercation Records and have been taking their energetic live show across the country including dates during SXSW festival and the Warped Tour.

With a genre hopping approach to their sound, the Jukebox Romantics channel the influences of bands like The Clash, Bouncing Souls, and Against Me! through personal song writing and their ability to be absorbed by their audiences. The Jukebox Romantics are currently hard at work finishing their second full length album, ‘A Lion & A Guy’, which is set to be released on May 3rd and touring throughout the US with shows all along the east coast and several March dates in Austin at SXSW.  If you are in the Tri-state area this weekend though, check this band out live this Saturday at 256 Grand Street in Brooklyn.
