Today’s song is “Before You” by Jon McLaughlin. This is the latest single from the Nashville-based singer-songwriter. McLaughlin is no stranger to music. He has penned songs for Demi Lovato as well as performed with artists such as Billy Joel, Adele, Sara Bareilles and Kelly Clarkson. His music has been featured in many films and television shows and his song “So Close” was nominated for an Oscar which led to a performance at the 80th Academy Awards.
This heartfelt ballad has infectious and catchy piano-driven melodies. This is the first single off his new album, Like Us out on October 9th.
