Today’s song is “Internet Love” by Greta Jaime. The north London based artist (of Mexican origin) has been making a name for herself since the tender age of sixteen.
Three years later and she has already has made her mark on the music world. Later that year ‘Lost in Mexico’ received airplay from Tom Robinson on his BBC 6Music mixtape. During this time, Greta gigged at a number of London venues including the O2 Academy Islington, The Camden Assembly, and Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen.
“Internet Love” is her latest track and it is surely one that you will be digging. The bold and ominous melodies with a pop flair will hit you from the first note. As we turned on this track we were instantly in love with the song. It weaves a variety of styles including trap with its grooving bass and drum
Jaime has a uniquely eloquent voice that shines through on these humorous lovelorn lyrics that can resonate with an anyone who’s had an internet love affair
