Song of the Day: “Holly” by Captain Danger

Song of the Day “Holly” by Captain Danger

Today’s song is “Holly” by Captain Danger. The Los Angeles-based group is comprised of Aaron Steinberg  (guitar/vocals), Roger “Joose” Benford (drums), and Keith “E-Day” Eaddy (bass/vocals/keys)

The group found each among the LA music scene. New York songwriter/producer Aaron Steinberg met LA native and drummer Roger “Joose” Benford while performing in LA’s live music scene. The two developed a relationship. Their duo was rounded out to a trio when D.C.-born Keith “E-Day” Eaddy subbed in last minute on one of the band’s dates. Eaddy’s flexibility and a similarly animated musical curiosity fit right in with Steinberg and Benford. The chemistry between the three was instant and they knew they had something special.

This track is off their Love Sweet Love EP which came out on March 26th. This trio has a catchy, relaxing musical fusion of rock, funk, and soul that will leave the listener elated.
